A WORKPLACE BUILT ON PEOPLE The annual Workplace Assessment (APV) for 2025 was conducted in the autumn with a very high response rate of 98%, reflecting strong and consistent employee engagement. The assessment shows that ID ® in 2025 is within the desired positive range across all main areas, making this the strongest result since the measurements began six years ago. The results demonstrate clear improvements across both physical and psychosocial conditions, as well as indoor climate and ergonomics, following the targeted initiatives implemented during 2024 and throughout 2025.
