STATEMENT FROM OUR CEO At ID ® , responsibility has never been an add-on to our business. It has evolved from the way we operate — with integrity, respect, and a clear commitment to delivering on our promises. For more than four decades, we have developed corporate wear with a focus on quality, functionality, and durability. Not because it was the easiest path, but because we believe it is the right one. For us, responsibility fundamentally means taking ownership of the choices we make — in design, in material selection, in collaboration with suppliers, and in how our products perform in real use. The textile industry is facing a necessary reckoning with overconsumption and short-term solutions. We maintain that the most responsible product is the one worn the longest. When garments retain their quality, fit, and function over time, the need for replacement is reduced. This is why we design with longevity in mind, conduct rigorous testing, and refuse to compromise — even when high standards require additional time and resources. Responsibility demands diligence and sustained commitment. Quick fixes rarely lead to meaningful progress. Through persistence, prudent decision-making, and continuous improvement, we work systematically to reduce our impact and deliver solutions that meet both professional and ethical standards. a framework for improvement — not as a constraint. At the same time, responsibility is not created by systems alone. It is shaped by people. By a culture of accountability, where individuals stand by their decisions and assume responsibility — especially when it is challenging. We take pride in our work, while remaining focused on how we can continue to improve and act proactively in a changing market environment. This report outlines how our values are translated into practice. It is not presented as a definitive conclusion, but as a transparent account of our current position and our direction of travel. We believe transparency creates accountability — and is essential for building trust and driving long-term progress. QUALITY LASTS LONGER – AND SO DOES OUR RESPONSIBILITY This is how we conduct responsible business. With commitment, integrity, and an uncompromising focus on quality that lasts. We take a long-term perspective. A resilient business must balance consideration for people, environmental impact, and financial performance. We therefore work systematically with certifications, data, and transparency, and actively monitor regulatory developments, including the EU Digital Product Passport and evolving documentation requirements. We view regulation as Thomas Husted, CEO at ID ® Identity 2
