ID ® Identity Corporate Social Responsibility Policy We at ID® Identity work with Corporate Social Respon- sibility (CSR) on the basis of the ten principles of the UN Global Compact concerning human rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption. We recognise that ID® Identity’s activities have an im- pact on the development of society. Where there is a natural connection with ID® Identity’s business, we therefore want to play a proactive role in improving social, climate-related and environmental conditions at both local and international level. Our business is based on a long supply chain that in- volves numerous processes, and we need to evaluate our responsibility and impact with regard to these processes. Through our activities in the supply chain, we are committed to respecting human rights, labour rights and environmental issues and to opposing cor- ruption. ID® Identity´s ten principles take as their start- ing point the UN Global Compact, which thus forms the basis for ID® Identity´s Code of Conduct. ID® Iden- tity therefore expects, for example, that all suppliers comply with and sign the Declaration in the Code of Conduct of ID® Identity. In the same way that we must be conscious of our re- sponsibility in the supply chain, we bear an appreci- able responsibility for our employees. We want to be known as a non-restrictive workplace, where individual employees thrive and enjoy every opportunity to de- velop. We believe in the importance of ensuring that our employees can maintain a good balance between work and home life, and we support our employees in living healthy, active lives. We also have a stated aim of minimising our impact on the environment and climate. Specifically, we are fo- cusing on reducing environmental impact from both our administration and warehouse operations. We will continuously evaluate existing areas of initiative and focus on developing new ones going forward. Moreover, we want to encourage our employees to adopt an environment and climate-conscious attitude that extends beyond the workplace. Our approach to social and environmental responsibil- ity is reflected in a range of specific policies. 2
